    Wondering about our policy, brands, and products when buying in bulk from QH Distribution?

    I am an Amazon Reseller and I want to buy from you.

    We are sorry but we don’t have a system to sell to Amazon and other marketplaces resellers yet. Hope you understand!

    Is your invoice accepted by Amazon?

    We are sorry but currently, we don’t have a policy to work with Amazon and other marketplace resellers.

    What categories do you offer to the customers?

    We offer beauty, skincare, cosmetics and wellness brands.

    Are your products authentic?

    We only work directly with the brands/manufacturers and other authorized distributors.

    How can I start?

    Firstly, you fill out our wholesale form here. After that, our Sales team will email you back within 24 hours for further assistance.

    Can I have the log in to access all your brands?

    We don’t provide any account to login to our website for checking products and prices because we don’t organiz e like that.

    Instead, each brand has a separate order form, including UPC, MOQ and unit price. After you fill out the wholesale form, our Sales team will email you the price lists of the brands that you are mostly interested in.

    What is the minimum order?

    Each brand will have a different minimum order requirement (MOQ) varies from $5000 to $30,000 per brand. 

    Can I mix brands to reach the minimum order requirement?

    No, you can not mix and combine the order to meet the minimum order requirement (MOQ).

    I am ready to order. What should I do?

    Step 1. If you are ready to place an order, you can submit an order using the order form which we sent to you.

    Then we will send you a new customer application to collect your business info and set you up in our system.

    Step 2. We will issue an order confirmation, send it to you for approval, and request a deposit (30%) to process the order.

    Step 3. After the deposit is received, we will process your order and our vendor will give us an idea of the fulfillment rate.

    Step 4. When the order is ready, we will issue the final invoice and collect the remaining balance (70%).

    Step 5. After the balance is paid, you can either pick it up at our warehouse in California or we can deliver it to you at a competitive shipping rate.

    Do you ship internationally?

    We don’t ship internationally, only domestically in the US. 

    If you have a freight forwarder in the US, we can ship to them or they can come to our warehouse to pick it up.

    What if I don’t have a freight forwarder in the US?

    Currently, we do not collaborate with any forwarders. Please conduct thorough research and carefully select a shipping agent that aligns with your needs and preferences.

    How much is the shipping?

    It will depend on the quantities and the dim/weight of the shipment as well as the distance from our warehouse to your location.

    After we process your order, we can provide you the shipping quotes based on your order quantity and your location at the competitive rate. Please note that the shipping quote is only valid for 24 hours. 

    Do you offer in stock?

    No, we do not hold inventory and only work on the pre-order model with the lead time from 3 to 8 weeks, because we only supply fresh products from the manufacturers. 

    Are all brands that you are allowed to sell internationally? ????

    It will depend on each brand. Some brands we can sell internationally, some brands are not. 

    The best way is reaching out to our team by email or WhatsApp. Our staff is more than happy to assist you. 

    Can we negotiate the prices?

    If you are looking for a volume much larger than our minimum order requirement, we can consider offering a % discount on your total amount. 

    Please note that the % discount will only be negotiated with a larger order and each brand is dealt separately. 

    What is your payment term?

    You must pay a 30% deposit, and the remaining 70% before delivery.

    What is your payment method?

    We accept bank/wire transfers. 

    Do you accept credit card payment?

    No, we don’t accept credit cards.
