Senior Marketing Executive

Research & Planning

• Market & Customer Insight Research: Do market research, and identify customer insight to support branding/ advertising campaigns.
• Social Media Strategy: Having the ability to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach across all social platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platforms, and marketing strategies.
• Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Brand Management

• Assist in the development of brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Support product launches through integrated marketing efforts.

Content Creation

• Create a plan for our social media channels, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, aligning with our brand voice and marketing goals.
• Copywriting: Develop compelling marketing copy for ads & social media platforms.
• Having the ability to film videos & edit videos with our team on Tiktok.
• Working closely with the in-house graphic designer to ensure visual consistency.

Influencer Marketing

• Responsible for liaising with influencer agencies, working with KOL/ KOC, and monitoring influencer live streams and short video outcomes.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
• Prepare regular reports on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience branding & marketing, preferably in the Cosmetics industry.
• Having experience in building TikTok channels with engaging videos.
• Fluent in English (IELTS 6.0 or higher).
• Agency background is a plus.
• Strong internal and external communication and coordination skills, responsible, meticulous, stable character, and team player.
