Service And Operations Associate

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Efficiently process orders received from various wholesale channels, including major retailers like Amazon and Target.
• Retail order fulfillment: Amazon, SHEIN, eBay, and other retail platforms.
• Provide attentive customer care to 3PL and 4PL clients, proactively addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Get shipping quotes, book with forwarders or carriers, and follow end-to-end domestic shipments. Claim or Dispute handling if applicable.
• Data Entering and Processing accurately into the system adhering to company processes or customer requirements and deadlines.
• Manage service expenses related to transportation and operations, seeking opportunities for cost optimization.
• Working with the warehouse department to receive goods, manage inventory, ship goods, and handle related paperwork.
• Directly report to Supervisor/Manager.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Possess a University/College degree.
• Good in English: Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening.
• More 1 year of relevant working experience in Logistics, Transportation, Distribution Warehouse or a related field.
• Experience in planning, and processing orders B2B and B2C.
• Experience in 3PL, 4PL fulfillment and customer service, problem solving.
• Experiences with ERP, Odoo, and EDI systems, and well-handling communication with system supporters.
• Experience in inventory, stock, distribution, and replenishment planning of materials and products.
• Familiarity with SOPs and Guidelines. Ability to read, understand, and grasp the issues and accurately implement the requirements from partner service policies.
• Well reading, writing skills, and meeting communication in English.  Ability to work independently, carefully, and logically.
• Must be able to travel abroad for long-term business trips.
